Our Services
1). Payment Term: 30% of the total contract value paid by T/T as down payment, the
rest 70% of the total contract value to be paid by T/T after inspection by
buyer in seller’s factory while before delivery. After finished
production, we will inspect the machine and inform the buyer, the
buyer send person to inspect goods, then payoff the whole payment
before shipping out the goods.
2). Delivery Time: The seller guarantees the equipment will be ready for shipment within 30
working days after receipt of deposit from the buyer.
3). Service: We could send the technician to your country to fix the machine if
you need. The buyer need to pay for all the cost, including: visa, round trip tickets, accommodation, salary of USD 100~120 per
day.
4). Warranty: 12 months
During the warranty, the replaceable parts are free, but the buyers
need to pay for the shipping fee. We will also send one set CD and
specification(Chinese and English) to you with the machine, they
can teach you how to operate the machines.
FAQ
Q1:If our country's voltage is different from yours, how to solve
that?
A1:The usual voltage is 380v,220v,415v. If yours are not one of
them, we will design the electric motor to suit your voltage.
Q2:We bought your pre-engineered structure machine, but we couldn't
install and debug it?
A2:Don't worry about that, when finished the machine, we will send
you the manual book which shows how to use the machine; if you
still don't know, we can record a video to teach you how to operate
the machine.
Q3:About the after service, what you can serve?
A3:All the machines are two years guaranteed, life maintenance. We
can send the technician aboard, but you should pay the round-trip
cost.
Q4:How to place order: Inquiry---confirm the price and profile drawings----confirm the
PI---arrange the doposit or L/C---then OK
Q5:How to get to our company:
Fly to Beijing airport: By high speed train From Beijing Nan Station to Cangzhou xi station(58 minutes),then we can pick up you in Cangzhou xi station.
Fly to Shanghai Airport: By high speed train From Shanghai Hongqiao to Cangzhou xi(4.5 hours),then we can pick up you in Cangzhou west station.
